The Quality Inspector performs in-process inspections of assigned stages to ensure the boat complies with company standards. The candidate will work closely with many different departments and levels of staff. Must demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Monterey & Blackfin Boats is a production-based environment; candidate must have the ability to work safely while meeting production schedules. One year of Quality experience in the marine industry is strongly preferred. This is a full-time position with normal work hours of 6:00 am to 2:45pm. This position will be primary point of contact for nesting materials needed for production on three separate machines. This position will be in charge of nesting foams, woven glass, stainless steel HIN plates and an automated sewing machine.
