Fiberglass Repair Worker (Patcher)
Fiberglass Repair Workers (Patchers). The Fiberglass Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on fiberglass parts, preps, patches, sprays and finishes defect areas.
Starting pay is at $16.25 per hour.
Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
QA Inspector
Blackfin Boats is currently hiring for a QA Inspector.
The Quality Inspector performs in-process inspections of assigned stages to ensure the boat complies with company standards
Production Assembler
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently looking to add production Assemblers to our team.

Fiberglass Cutter & Grinder
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting for an experienced Cutter/Grinder to work on fiberglass boats.
Employees are responsible for trimming and grinding all rough fiberglass and making necessary cuts and through holes for assembly installation.
Minimum 1 year experience preferred. Entry pay starts at $18.00 per hour and a $500.00 incentive pay after completed 90 days.
Fiberglass Laminator
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting fiberglass laminators. Experience is preferred but on the job training is available.
Entry pay starts at $17.25 per hour.
