Fiberglass Cutter/ Grinder
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting experienced cutter & grinders to work on fiberglass boats. Employees are responsible for trimming and grinding all rough fiberglass and making necessary cuts and through holes for assembly installation. Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
Full time position from 5:00AM - 3:45PM Monday through Thursday.
Starting pay $16.50 per hour.
Fiberglass Repair Worker (Patcher)
Fiberglass Repair Workers (Patchers). The Fiberglass Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on glass parts and preps, patches, sprays and finishes defect areas.
Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
Fiberglass Laminator
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting fiberglass laminators. Experience is preferred but on the job training is available.
Entry pay starts at $16.50 per hour.
Gel Coater
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting an experienced Gel Coater to work on fiberglass boats. This is a 4 day/ 10 hour shift from 11:00PM – 9:45AM Sunday – Wednesday.
Auto Body paint experience usually translated well to this job. Experienced Gel Coater
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Performs in mold application of gel coat on decks, hulls, liners, and small parts.
- Has a working knowledge of gel coat spray equipment, tip sizes, pump pressures and catalyst ratios.
