Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently looking to add production Assemblers to our team. We are looking for someone: with a good work ethic who works well with others who can take instruction and has good reasoning skills who doesn't have a problem working around fiberglass who has experience using hand tools: drill, screw gun, grinder, saw, etc. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday from 6am - 2:45pm. Must be willing to work overtime as needed to complete daily production requirements. When overtime is required the shift often begins at 5am. Overtime is also common on Saturday.
