Marine Technician

Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently looking to add a Marine Technician to our team.

We are looking for someone:

• with a strong work ethic
• who is quality-minded
• who is honest, reliable and has a positive attitude
• who works well with others but can take initiative
• who can take instruction and has good reasoning skills
• who doesn't have a problem working around fiberglass

This is a full-time position Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3:45pm. Must be willing to work overtime as needed to complete daily production requirements. 

Overtime is also common. Production experience a definite plus. Inclusive benefits package including vacation, paid holidays, health, dental, vision, life, 401K with employer match.
