Fiberglass Repair Workers (Patchers). The Fiberglass Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on fiberglass parts, preps, patches, sprays and finishes defect areas.

Minimum 1 year experience preferred. 

Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting for an experienced Cutter/Grinder to work on fiberglass boats. Employees are responsible for trimming and grinding all rough fiberglass and making necessary cuts and through holes for assembly installation. Minimum 1 year experience preferred. Entry pay starts at $16.50 per hour.
