Fiberglass Repair Worker (Patcher)

Job description

Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting Fiberglass Repair Workers (Patchers). The Fiberglass Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on fiberglass parts, preps, patches, sprays and finishes defect areas.

The ideal candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced, production environment while maintaining both quality and safety. An Auto Body Technician usually transitions well. Minimum 1 year experience required; preferably in the marine industry. Experience with color matching is preferred.
