Williston, FL -Blackfin Boats is honored to announce that they were presented with the 2024 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. The CSI Award for Fiberglass Outboard Boats was presented to Blackfin Boats during the NMMA’s State of the Recreational Boating Industry & Awards presentation held on Thursday, February 13th, 2025. The Marine Industry CSI Award honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the consumer. Award recipients are manufacturers that achieved and maintained an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on returned survey results provided by consumers purchasing a new boat during the period between January 1st, 2024 and December 31st, 2024.
