The CSI Award for Fiberglass Outboard Boats was presented to Blackfin Boats during the NMMA’s State of the Recreational Boating Industry & Awards presentation webinar held on Thursday, March 4^th, 2021. The Marine Industry CSI Award honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the consumer. Award recipients are manufacturers that achieved and maintained an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on returned survey results provided by consumers purchasing a new boat during the period between January 1st, 2020 and December 31st, 2020.
