Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting a Dealer Sales Coordinator. The Dealer Coordinator supports the company's Regional Sales Managers and network of Dealers. This is an administrative support position that requires strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Answer questions related to incoming boat orders and status of orders in production.
  • Verify accuracy of boat order information.
  • Determine discounts and apply to orders as appropriate.
  • Help resolve dealer issues.
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers with production updates and other information pertaining to their dealers' orders.
  • Maintain accurate dealer database.
  • Generate reports for the Vice President of Sales.
  • Obtain financing approvals and deposits.
  • Assist in creation of annual boat order forms.
  • Participate in and assist with the preparation of sales meetings, dealer conferences, etc.
  • Files appropriately.

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:45pm. Minimum of 1 year administrative work required. Candidates may be subject to Word and Excel training after an initial interview. Boating experience is preferred but not required.
